The final Staff piece is located in the Imperial Palace, within the heart of Cyrodiil. This is the most heavily guarded dungeon, filled with Imperial Guards, powerful mages, and Jagar Tharn's most loyal Daedric servants. You'll need to be at your peak strength, with the best equipment and spells available. Inquire in the Imperial City for entry. The Imperial Palace is a multi-level fortress with numerous traps, puzzles, and powerful boss encounters leading up to Jagar Tharn himself. This is the ultimate test of your character's abilities and preparation.
