Guilds often have their own vendors with specialized inventories. The price you get for items and the price you pay for goods are influenced by your Mercantile skill and your reputation with the shopkeeper. Always try to haggle for better prices, especially when selling valuable items. Investing in a house or a ship can provide storage and a base of operations, reducing the need to constantly sell off excess gear. Keep an eye out for enchanted items, as they are often the most valuable.
