Creating Enchantments:
You can create your own enchanted items at an Arcane Enchanter, typically found in Mages Guild halls or owned by powerful mages. You will need a filled soul gem and the desired enchantment effect. The strength and duration of the enchantment depend on your Enchant skill and the power of the soul gem used.
Combining multiple enchantments on a single item is possible but requires a high Enchant skill and powerful soul gems. Experimenting with different combinations can lead to incredibly powerful and unique gear.
