The Kra'gh is the final boss of Fungal Grotto I, one of the earliest and most accessible dungeons in ESO. While relatively simple, it serves as a good introduction to basic boss mechanics. The Kra'gh is a giant spider-like creature accompanied by smaller spider adds. The main challenge comes from managing these adds and avoiding the boss's frontal cone attack.

Abilities & Mechanics:

  • Web Spray (Frontal Cone): The Kra'gh will periodically spray webs in a cone in front of it, dealing moderate damage and snaring anyone caught.
  • Summon Spiderlings: Throughout the fight, the Kra'gh will summon waves of small spiderlings. These deal low damage but can quickly overwhelm the group if not dealt with.
  • Enrage: As its health gets lower, the Kra'gh will attack faster and deal more damage.

Strategy:

  • Tank: Taunt the Kra'gh immediately and keep it facing away from the group to avoid Web Spray. Pick up any larger spider adds that spawn.
  • DPS: Focus on the Kra'gh, but be prepared to quickly cleave down the summoned spiderlings. Area-of-effect (AoE) damage is very effective here.
  • Healer: Keep an eye on the tank's health, especially during the enrage phase. Provide minor heals to DPS dealing with spiderlings.

Rewards:

  • Kra'gh's set pieces (Medium Armor, Stamina focused)
  • Experience and Gold
  • Undaunted Key (from daily pledge)
