World Bosses are powerful, open-world enemies found in every zone. They are designed to be challenging and typically require multiple players to defeat, especially at lower levels or with less optimized builds. Each world boss has unique mechanics and drops specific gear pieces from the zone's overland sets. They are marked on your map with a skull icon. Participating in world boss fights is a great way to test your build, earn achievements, and acquire valuable gear. Dolmens (also known as Dark Anchors) are Daedric siege engines that appear randomly across each zone, attempting to pull Tamriel into Coldharbour. When a Dolmen activates, a large chain drops from the sky, and waves of Daedra attack. Players must defeat these waves and destroy the anchor's pinions to close it. Dolmens are excellent for farming experience, gold, and jewelry from the zone's overland sets. They are marked on your map with a swirling vortex icon. Many players gather at Dolmens to farm them continuously.
