Delphine reveals herself as a member of the Blades, an ancient order of dragon hunters. She believes the dragons are not merely returning but are being resurrected. She tasks you with accompanying her to Kynesgrove to witness a dragon resurrection firsthand and kill the resurrected dragon, Sahloknir.
Objectives:
- Meet Delphine at Kynesgrove.
- Kill the dragon Sahloknir.
- Speak with Delphine.
Strategy:
Travel to Kynesgrove, a small mining town east of Whiterun. Delphine will be waiting for you. As you approach, you'll witness Alduin resurrecting Sahloknir from a burial mound. This fight is similar to your first dragon encounter, but with Delphine's assistance, it should be manageable. Focus your attacks on Sahloknir, using Shouts and powerful spells/attacks. After defeating Sahloknir, absorb its soul. Delphine will then reveal her plan to investigate the dragon threat further, leading to the next quest.
