Strategy:
Meet Delphine at the Solitude Stables. She will introduce you to Malborn, a contact who will smuggle one item of your choice into the embassy. Choose wisely: a powerful weapon, a set of armor, or a few potions. Once inside, speak to Razelan to create a diversion. While the guests are distracted, sneak into the kitchen and then into the main building. Your goal is Elenwen's Solar, where you'll find a chest containing crucial documents. Be wary of Thalmor guards; stealth is paramount. If detected, you'll have to fight your way out. After finding the documents, escape through a trapdoor in the torture chamber, which leads to a cave. Retrieve your gear from a chest in the cave and exit. Report back to Delphine.
