To reach the House of Gales, you first need the Zora's Flippers. These are obtained by helping the Zora Queen in Zora's Domain. Once you have the flippers, head to Lake Hylia, which is located in the southeastern part of Hyrule. You can swim across the lake to reach the island where the House of Gales is situated. Make sure you have the Hookshot rented from Ravio's Shop before entering, as it's essential for navigating the dungeon.
Upon arriving at the island, you'll notice the entrance to the dungeon. The area around the House of Gales often has strong winds, giving you a preview of the challenges within. Take a moment to save at the nearby Weather Vane if you haven't already. The dungeon entrance itself is straightforward, but once inside, be prepared for a series of wind-based puzzles and platforming challenges that will require careful timing and strategic use of your items, especially the Hookshot for crossing large gaps.
