Phase 1: Blight Ganon Fusion

Calamity Ganon combines the attacks of all four Blight Ganons. He will use fire, ice, wind, and lightning attacks. If you've freed the Divine Beasts, his health will be halved. Focus on dodging for Flurry Rushes and parrying his attacks. The Master Sword is highly effective. Use your Champion abilities strategically: Mipha's Grace for healing, Daruk's Protection for defense, Revali's Gale for aerial attacks, and Urbosa's Fury for stunning. When he's stunned, unleash your most powerful melee attacks. He will occasionally climb walls; shoot him with arrows.

Phase 2: Dark Beast Ganon

This phase takes place on Hyrule Field. You'll be on a horse with the Bow of Light. Dark Beast Ganon is massive. Zelda will guide you to shoot glowing weak points on his body, which are covered in Malice. Use the Bow of Light to clear the Malice, then shoot the exposed weak points. Revali's Gale is excellent for getting airborne to get better angles. The final weak point is his eye. Aim carefully and unleash your arrows until he falls.
