Hinox are large cyclops-like monsters. Their primary weak point is their single eye. Shoot them in the eye with an arrow to stun them, then run up and attack them with melee weapons. Be careful when they wake up, as they'll swipe and stomp. When they cover their eye, you can try to shoot their exposed feet or wait for an opening. Some Hinox wear armor on their legs, which you'll need to break first. They often have weapons or shields hanging around their neck, which you can steal while they're stunned.
