Phase 1: Lightning Fast Attacks

Thunderblight Ganon is incredibly fast, teleporting around the arena and performing quick slashes. His attacks are difficult to dodge for Flurry Rushes. Use Daruk's Protection if you have it. When he charges up a lightning attack, he'll expose his core; shoot him with an arrow. When he's stunned, unleash melee attacks. Be wary of his electric attacks, which can disarm you.

Phase 2: Metal Pillars & Lightning Rods

He will summon metal pillars into the ground and charge them with electricity. Use Magnesis to lift one of these pillars and hold it near Thunderblight Ganon. When he charges his lightning attack, the pillar will conduct the electricity to him, stunning him. This is your primary opening. Once stunned, attack his eye with arrows or melee. Repeat until defeated. The Rubber Armor set can help mitigate electric damage.

  • Weakness: Magnesis (with metal pillars), arrows to the eye when stunned.
  • Recommended Gear: Rubber Armor (upgraded), powerful one-handed weapon, Magnesis.
  • Reward: Heart Container, Urbosa's Fury.
