For example, cooking one Hearty Truffle yields a dish that fully heals and adds three bonus hearts. Combining multiple Hearty ingredients will not increase the number of bonus hearts beyond the maximum, but it will still fully heal and provide the bonus.
Enduring Meals for Stamina Recovery
Similar to Hearty ingredients, Enduring ingredients (e.g., Endura Carrot, Endura Shroom) fully restore stamina and grant temporary bonus stamina. Cooking a single Enduring ingredient will provide the maximum benefit. A dish made with one Endura Carrot will fully replenish your stamina wheel and add a bonus segment. These are invaluable for climbing long ascents or for extended gliding. For a more potent effect, consider cooking an Enduring ingredient with other stamina-restoring items like Stamella Shrooms or Hydromelons, though the primary benefit comes from the Enduring ingredient itself.
