Head east from the Great Plateau towards Dueling Peaks. Cross the Dueling Peaks Stable and continue to Kakariko Village. Speak with Impa in her house. She will tell you about Link's lost memories and the four Divine Beasts, urging you to seek them out. She also gives you the quest 'Captured Memories'.
