Genie is the boss of Bottle Grotto. In the first phase, Genie will hide inside a bottle and throw fireballs. Use your Sword to hit the bottle when it's vulnerable, causing it to bounce around. Once the bottle breaks, Genie will be exposed. In the second phase, Genie will float around and continue throwing fireballs. Use the Power Bracelet to pick up the bottle and throw it against the wall three times to defeat Genie. Timing your throws is key.
