After Bottle Grotto, head back to Mabe Village. You'll need to visit the library and push a bookshelf to reveal a secret passage. Inside, you'll find a book that gives you the location of the Pegasus Boots. These boots allow Link to dash, breaking through certain obstacles and covering ground quickly. They are essential for reaching Key Cavern and for solving many puzzles throughout the game. Practice dashing to get a feel for the controls.
