Stray Fairies, found within dungeons, can be returned to Great Fairy Fountains for upgrades like increased magic capacity or a stronger spin attack. Wallet upgrades (from the bank or the Curiosity Shop) allow you to carry more Rupees. Quiver upgrades (from the shooting gallery) increase your arrow capacity. These upgrades are permanent and persist across cycles, making them highly valuable investments.
