Fairy Fountain Locations
Scattered throughout Termina are five Great Fairy Fountains, each housing a Great Fairy who, upon having her scattered stray fairies returned, will bestow upon Link a powerful upgrade. Collecting all the stray fairies within a dungeon and returning them to their respective fountain is crucial for maximizing Link's abilities and making the journey to stop Majora much smoother. Remember, these upgrades are permanent and persist even after resetting the three-day cycle with the Song of Time.
Clock Town Great Fairy
This is likely the first Great Fairy you'll encounter. Her fountain is located in North Clock Town, directly behind the large slide. To restore her, you need to collect all 15 Stray Fairies from the Woodfall Temple. Once reunited, she will grant Link the Great Fairy's Mask, an invaluable item that causes stray fairies to gravitate towards you in dungeons, making future collections significantly easier.

To access her, you must first obtain the Gibdo Mask and the Song of Storms. The entrance to the well is located near the Music Box House. You'll need to offer various items to the Gibdos within the well to progress. Upon reaching her, she will grant Link a significant defense upgrade, doubling his maximum health by giving him Double Defense. This is an incredibly valuable upgrade for surviving the game's tougher challenges.
