This guide will walk you through every step, puzzle, and boss encounter, ensuring your quest to save the Oracle of Ages, Nayru, and defeat the sorceress Veran is a resounding success. Prepare to master the Harp of Ages, manipulate time itself, and explore a world brimming with secrets.

The Beginning: Lynna Village

Your adventure starts with Link being mysteriously transported to a strange forest. Follow these initial steps to get acquainted with Labrynna and begin your heroic quest:

Awakening: You'll find yourself in the forest, near a group of traveling performers. Approach them to trigger a cutscene.
Meeting Impa: After the initial events, you'll meet Impa, Nayru's nurse. She will guide you towards Nayru.
Nayru's Song: Proceed with Impa to the clearing where Nayru is singing. A pivotal cutscene will unfold, introducing Veran and setting the stage for your adventure.
The Maku Tree's Plea: Once Veran possesses Nayru and travels to the past, Impa will instruct you to seek out the Maku Tree.

First Steps in Lynna City (Past)

With Nayru taken to the past, you'll find yourself in a transformed Lynna City. Your immediate goal is to reach the Maku Tree in the past.

Navigate Lynna City: Explore the immediate area. You'll notice significant differences from the present-day Lynna Village.
Locate the Maku Tree: Head to the northern part of Lynna City. The Maku Tree's sapling is located here, but it's small and unable to help you yet.
Obtain the Wooden Sword: Before you can properly interact with the Maku Tree, you'll need a weapon.
- Head to the western side of Lynna City.
- Look for a cave entrance. Inside, you'll find a chest containing the Wooden Sword. Equip it immediately!
Return to the Maku Tree: With your new sword, revisit the Maku Tree sapling. It will now speak to you, explaining that it needs to grow larger to provide the wisdom you seek. This conversation will point you towards your first dungeon: the Spirit's Grave.
