Weapons

Link's primary means of offense are his swords, but other items can also be used as weapons.

• Wooden Sword: Your starting weapon. Basic but reliable.
• White Sword: An upgrade to the Wooden Sword, dealing more damage. Obtained after collecting 3 Essences of Time and speaking with the Maku Tree.
• Noble Sword: A powerful sword, obtained by completing the long trading sequence. Deals even more damage.
• Master Sword: The strongest sword in the game, only obtainable in a Linked Game.
• Bombs: Explode to damage enemies, destroy cracked walls, and activate switches. Limited supply.
• Seed Shooter: Fires various types of Mystery Seeds for different effects (damage, stunning, burning, etc.).

Upgrading your sword is a high priority as it significantly increases your combat effectiveness. Bombs and the Seed Shooter offer versatile ranged options and are often required for puzzles. Always keep a stock of bombs and seeds.
