You'll find a small house. Inside, speak to the woman who will give you the Wooden Shield. This item is crucial for deflecting projectiles. Equip it to your other action button. With both sword and shield, you are now ready to face the challenges ahead. Practice using your sword to cut down bushes and defeat enemies, and your shield to block Octorok rocks.
