Phases & Strategy:
- Phase 1 (Combined Form): Blaaz starts as a large, combined fire spirit. He will teleport around the arena. Your goal is to separate him into three smaller spirits. Use your Boomerang to hit all three parts of Blaaz in quick succession. Draw a path that connects all three segments of his body. This will cause him to split.
- Phase 2 (Separated Spirits): Once separated, the three smaller Blaaz spirits will fly around. Each spirit has a unique symbol (circle, triangle, square) above its head. An order of these symbols will appear on the top screen. You must hit the spirits with your Boomerang in that exact order. If you hit them in the wrong order, they will recombine, and you'll have to repeat Phase 1.
- Phase 3 (Vulnerable Spirits): After hitting the spirits in the correct order, they will become vulnerable and fall to the ground. Quickly rush in and slash each spirit with your sword.
Repeat these phases until Blaaz is defeated. As he takes damage, he may move faster or teleport more frequently. Stay agile and focus on the Boomerang's precision. After his defeat, collect the Heart Container and the Pure Metal.
