After the events at the Tower of Spirits, your first task is to restore the Spirit Tracks leading to the Forest Realm. Head back to the Tower of Spirits with Zelda's spirit. You'll need to collect three Force Gems to power up the Tower and reveal the path. The first Force Gem is found by completing a simple task for Anjean. The second and third will require you to venture into the first few floors of the Tower of Spirits, learning how to possess Phantoms with Zelda's spirit. Once all three are collected, the Forest Rail Map will be revealed, allowing you to travel to the Forest Realm.
