Spirit Tracks offers a wealth of post-game content and challenges for those aiming for a true 100% completion. This section will guide you through every last collectible, side quest, and secret the game has to offer, ensuring you can achieve the highest completion percentage and master all of Link's abilities.
Maximizing Link's Health: Heart Containers and Pieces
To fully upgrade Link's health, you'll need to acquire all 16 Heart Containers and 16 Heart Pieces, which brings Link's maximum health to a grand total of 16 hearts. Heart Containers are earned by defeating dungeon bosses, while Heart Pieces are found throughout the world. Collecting four Heart Pieces is equivalent to obtaining one full Heart Container.
- Boss Rewards: Each of the five main dungeons awards a full Heart Container upon defeating its boss.
- Tower of Spirits: Link receives three Heart Containers during his initial ascent through the Tower of Spirits.
- Heart Pieces: There are 16 Heart Pieces to find, scattered as rewards for various challenges and explorations:
- Winning the Cucco herding mini-game in Whittleton.
- Completing the train passenger delivery mini-game in Aboda Village.

- Postman's Letter: Obtain from the Postman in Aboda Village.
- Flute: Trade the letter to the old man near the Forest Sanctuary entrance.
- Fish: Trade the Flute to the musician in Papuchia Village.
- Stray Cat: Trade the Fish to the cat lover north of Hyrule Castle Town.
- Dog: Trade the Stray Cat to the dog lover south of Hyrule Castle Town.
- Rare Metal: Trade the Dog to the train enthusiast near the Goron Village entrance.
- Sword: Trade the Rare Metal to the Blacksmith in Hyrule Castle Town.
- Shield: Trade the Sword to the soldier at Hyrule Castle's entrance.
- Heart Piece: Trade the Shield to the guard in the Tower of Spirits (once restored).

There are 20 Stamp Stations hidden across New Hyrule. Collecting all of them will unlock the Great Spin Attack for Link, a powerful area-of-effect attack. These stamps are typically found in areas that require skillful use of Link's items or completion of minor challenges.
- Location Examples: Many stamps are hidden behind breakable walls, atop high ledges, or in areas only accessible with specific items like the Sand Wand, Whip, or Bow.
- Tower of Spirits: Several stamps are located within the Tower of Spirits, often on revisited floors that become accessible with new abilities.
- Dark Realm: A few stamps can be found within the challenging Dark Realm areas.
- Reward: Upon collecting all 20 stamps, Link will learn the Great Spin Attack from Chancellor Cole.
