Fyrus is a giant, chained Goron. Equip your Iron Boots to resist his stomps. Use your Hero's Bow to shoot the glowing jewel on his forehead, stunning him. While stunned, grab one of the chains attached to his feet with your Iron Boots on, and pull it to trip him. Once he falls, attack the jewel on his head with your sword. Repeat this process until he is defeated.
