Throughout Hyrule, 60 Poe Souls are scattered, appearing only at night. As Wolf Link, you can detect them with your senses and defeat them to collect their souls. Collecting all 60 Poe Souls and returning them to Jovani in Hyrule Castle Town will earn you a massive Rupee reward and the incredibly useful Magic Armor. This is a lengthy but highly rewarding side quest.
