Blizzeta is the boss of the Snowpeak Ruins, a corrupted Yeta. The battle has two phases. In the first phase, use the Ball and Chain to break the ice blocks surrounding her. Once she's exposed, hit her with the Ball and Chain. In the second phase, she'll create a ring of ice spikes. Use the Ball and Chain to destroy the spikes, then hit her again when she's vulnerable. Be careful of her ice attacks.
