Zone 1: Ruined Research Outpost

Upon entering, you'll find yourself in the remnants of a research outpost. Expect immediate resistance from Automaton Guards and Mutated Grunts.

  1. Clear the Entrance: Eliminate the initial wave of enemies. Focus on the Automaton Guards first, as their ranged attacks can be disruptive.
  2. Activate the Data Terminal: Locate the flickering Data Terminal near the center of the outpost (coordinates: 780.5, -320.1). Interacting with it will reveal a hidden path to the east.
  3. Optional: Supply Cache Alpha: Before proceeding, check behind the large overturned truck at (792.3, -315.8) for a Supply Pod containing Dark Crystal x50 and a Weapon Augmentation Box II.
Zone 2: Cavern of Whispers

The hidden path leads into a dark, winding cavern. Be wary of environmental traps and ambush points.

  1. Navigate the Acid Pools: Several sections of the cavern floor are covered in corrosive acid. Use your Jetpack or careful platforming to avoid taking continuous damage.
  2. Defeat the Bio-Terror: A mini-boss, the Bio-Terror Alpha, guards the exit of this cavern (coordinates: 755.0, -345.2). This creature is highly resistant to Frost damage but vulnerable to Flame. Focus on breaking its shield with Flame weapons, then unleash your strongest attacks. Upon defeat, it drops a Rare Data Pack and a chance for a SSR Relic Shard Box.
  3. Locate the Energy Conduit: After defeating the Bio-Terror, a sealed door will become visible. To open it, you need to activate the Energy Conduit located on a high ledge at (760.2, -340.5). Use your Omnium Handcannon to create a pillar and reach it.
Zone 3: The Core Chamber

This is the final and most challenging section of the Lower Floor, culminating in a boss encounter.

  1. Bypass Laser Grids: The Core Chamber is protected by a series of rotating laser grids. Time your movements carefully or use the Couant to shield yourself through brief passages.
  2. Disable Security Turrets: Several Automated Turrets are positioned throughout the chamber. Prioritize destroying these as they can deal significant damage. They are vulnerable to Volt attacks.
  3. Confront the Abyssal Warden: The final boss of the Dawn Frontier Lower Floor is the Abyssal Warden (coordinates: 730.0, -360.0).
    • Phase 1: Shield Break: The Warden begins with a formidable shield. It is highly susceptible to physical damage and Shatter effects. Coordinate with your team to break its shield quickly.
    • Phase 2: Elemental Barrage: Once its shield is down, the Warden will unleash several elemental attacks. Pay close attention to its attack patterns and dodge accordingly. Its most dangerous attack is a wide-area Volt surge – look for the ground to glow before it strikes.
    • Phase 3: Enrage: At roughly 30% HP, the Warden will enter an enraged state, increasing its attack speed and damage. This is the time to use your strongest burst damage abilities and relics.

Claim Your Rewards: Defeating the Abyssal Warden grants a significant amount of Dark Crystal, Gold Nucleus x1, a guaranteed SSR Weapon Data Pack, and a chance for a Red Nucleus. open the large Supply Pod that appears in the center of the chamber for additional rewards, including Relic Shards and Weapon Batteries.
