Many Supply Pods are hidden behind environmental puzzles. Look for Dandelion Puffs to hit with a ranged attack, Tar Pits to burn with Flame weapons, or Thornvines to cut with a Physical weapon. Some puzzles require specific relics, like the Omnium Handcannon. Always check behind waterfalls, under ledges, and on top of structures for hidden rewards and scenic points.
