Lord Blackthorn, in his corrupted form, is a powerful mage and warrior, often encountered as the final boss of the Age of Shadows storyline. Phase 1: Magical Assault. Blackthorn will primarily use high-tier Magery and Necromancy spells, including Energy Bolt, Flamestrike, and Corpse Skin. He will also summon undead minions. Mages should focus on dispelling his buffs and interrupting his casts, while melee DPS engages minions. Phase 2: Melee Frenzy. After losing a portion of his health, Blackthorn will switch to a more aggressive melee stance, wielding a powerful weapon and using combat special moves. He may also gain increased physical resistance. Tanks need to be prepared for heavy damage. Phase 3: Virtue Corruption. In his final phase, Blackthorn will attempt to corrupt the virtues, often by summoning powerful elemental or demonic entities. These must be defeated quickly to prevent him from gaining significant buffs. Weaknesses: Vulnerable to Holy damage (Chivalry spells) and often Fire/Energy damage. Rewards: Blackthorn's Artifacts, unique armor pieces, Power Scrolls.
