Strategy: Captain Vor is your first major boss. He has a shield and health bar. His attacks include a basic rifle fire, a ground slam that creates a shockwave, and a Void energy beam. The key to defeating him is to keep moving and focus fire on his head for critical hits. When his shield is down, he's vulnerable to direct damage. Use your Warframe abilities to CC him or boost your damage. Excalibur's Slash Dash and Radial Blind are effective. Mag's Pull can disrupt him. Volt's Shock and Speed can help. He's a good test of your basic combat skills and modding.
Recommended Warframes: Excalibur, Mag, Volt (starters), Rhino (for survivability).
Recommended Weapons: Any well-modded primary weapon with Corrosive or Radiation damage. The Mk1-Braton with damage mods is sufficient.
