Cephalon Fragments appear on the mini-map as a blue quadruple diamond when loot radar mods are used. Scanning a fragment unlocks a portion of associated artwork. Fragments can be found once per mission in random locations, except for Defense, Interception, and Archwing missions, which do not contain them. These fragments reveal lore about the Origin System, including Factions, Characters, and Planets.

Objects in Warframe are static or miscellaneous items that can be scanned with a Codex Scanner or have object-based health. These are categorized as Objects in the Codex. Trending scannable objects include:
