After defeating his robot, you'll face Deathshead himself in a more personal, albeit brief, encounter. He will be heavily injured but still dangerous. The environment will be chaotic and burning. Your primary goal is to close the distance and finish him with a melee attack. He will attempt to defend himself with a knife and a pistol. Dodge his attacks and use your own melee or a quick shot to stun him. This is a cinematic finish, so timing your final attack is crucial. Don't let your guard down until he's truly defeated.
