Bring at least one Psi Operative if you have them, as their abilities are invaluable against psionic enemies. Specialists with Medical Protocol are also highly recommended for healing mind-controlled soldiers. Focus fire on Sectoids to prevent them from mind-controlling your units. Use flashbangs to disorient psionic enemies and break mind control. Consider bringing a Sharpshooter for long-range precision shots.
