Unlocking the Dragon & Tiger

The Dragon & Tiger becomes available to Kiryu during Chapter 5. You'll encounter a substory titled "The Dragon & Tiger" (Substory #24 in Kamurocho). Completing this substory will introduce you to the establishment and its owner, the mysterious Fei Hu.

Location: The Dragon & Tiger is located in the Hotel District of Kamurocho, just north of the Nakamichi Street intersection. Look for a distinctive red and gold sign.
