Kiryu's Path: The Dojima Family's End Game

Kiryu's journey in this chapter focuses on confronting the remnants of the Dojima Family and uncovering the full truth behind the Empty Lot. Expect multiple large-scale brawls and a significant boss encounter.

Objective: Infiltrate the Dojima Family Headquarters

Your first task as Kiryu is to make your way to the Dojima Family Headquarters. This area will be heavily guarded. Consider the following:

Preparation: Before heading out, visit a local convenience store like Poppo or M Store to stock up on healing items. Recommended items include Staminan Royale and Toughness Emperor for quick health recovery, and a few Tauriner ++ to replenish Heat during extended fights.
Route: The most direct route to the Dojima HQ is through Pink Street and then west towards the large building. Expect random encounters with Dojima thugs along the way.
Initial Encounter: Upon reaching the entrance, you'll be ambushed by a large group of Dojima Family members. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize Kiryu's Rush Style for crowd control or his Beast Style for heavy damage against multiple opponents. Focus on taking out the weaker enemies first to reduce incoming damage.

Objective: Navigate the Headquarters

Once inside, the headquarters is a linear path with several rooms containing enemies. Be methodical in your approach.

First Floor: You'll encounter several waves of enemies in the main lobby. Look for environmental weapons like chairs or potted plants to gain an advantage, especially with Kiryu's Beast Style.
Stairwell Ambush: As you ascend the main staircase, another group of thugs will attack. Be mindful of enemies trying to flank you.
Second Floor Office: In one of the larger offices on the second floor, you'll find a Platinum Plate in a safe behind the desk. This can be sold for a good amount of yen.
Mini-Boss: Dojima Lieutenant: Before reaching the final confrontation, you'll face a Dojima Lieutenant. This enemy will likely use a more aggressive fighting style. Counter his attacks and use your Heat Actions effectively. Consider switching to Brawler Style for its balanced offense and defense.

Boss Battle: Shintaro Kazama

The climax of Kiryu's section involves a pivotal confrontation. This fight is both challenging and emotionally charged.

Phase 1: Kazama is a skilled fighter. He's fast and can deal significant damage. Focus on dodging his combos and retaliating with quick attacks. Kiryu's Rush Style can be effective here for its speed and evasiveness.
Phase 2 (Heat Mode): Once his health drops, Kazama will enter a more aggressive state, often glowing with Heat. He'll use more powerful attacks and Heat Actions. This is your cue to unleash your own Heat Actions. A well-timed Essence of the Dragon God (if unlocked) can turn the tide.
Recommended Gear: Equip a Bulletproof Vest or Sacred Wood Armor for damage reduction. A Charismatic Photo can help build Heat faster.

Majima's Path: The Omi Alliance's Betrayal

Majima's segment in Chapter 15 is equally intense, focusing on his desperate struggle against the Omi Alliance and the betrayal within his own ranks. Prepare for high-stakes chases and brutal close-quarters combat.

Objective: Escape Sotenbori's Underworld

Majima finds himself in a precarious position, needing to escape a heavily fortified area in Sotenbori.

Initial Escape: You'll start in a confined space with enemies closing in. Utilize Majima's Breaker Style for its wide-sweeping attacks to clear a path.
Street Chase: Once you break out, you'll be pursued through the streets of Sotenbori. While you can fight, sometimes it's better to run and avoid unnecessary damage. Look for narrow alleys and shortcuts to lose your pursuers.
Hidden Item: During the chase, if you take the alley behind the Grand, you can find a Gold Plate tucked away in a corner.

Objective: Confront the Traitors

Majima will eventually corner the individuals responsible for his predicament. This leads to a series of challenging fights.

Multiple Opponents: Expect to face several strong enemies simultaneously. Majima's Slugger Style is excellent for dealing with groups, especially with its powerful charge attacks.
Environmental Hazards: Pay attention to your surroundings. There might be objects you can use as weapons or areas you can exploit for strategic positioning.
Healing Opportunity: After the first wave of enemies, there's a brief lull. Use this time to heal up with any Sushi Set or Bento Box you might have.

Boss Battle: Homare Nishitani

Majima's final confrontation in this chapter is against a familiar, yet dangerous, foe.

Nishitani's Style: Nishitani is incredibly agile and unpredictable. He uses a knife and can inflict quick, damaging combos. Majima's Thug Style can be effective for its parries and quick counter-attacks.
Dodging is Key: Prioritize dodging and weaving through his attacks. Don't get greedy with your combos; land a few hits and then retreat.
Heat Actions: Nishitani is susceptible to well-placed Heat Actions. Try to build up your Heat gauge by successfully dodging and landing combos. The Essence of the Mad Dog (if unlocked) can deal massive damage.
Recommended Accessories: A Calming Towel can help reduce the rate at which your Heat gauge depletes, allowing for more sustained offense. A Rage Amulet can increase your attack power when your health is low, which can be a risky but rewarding strategy.
