Types of Weapons:

  • Bladed Weapons: Knives, katanas, swords. Deal high damage and often have quick attack animations. Examples: Tanto, Katana.
  • Blunt Weapons: Bats, pipes, golf clubs. Good for crowd control and stunning enemies. Examples: Metal Bat, Wooden Katana.
  • Firearms: Pistols, shotguns. Deal ranged damage but have limited ammunition. Less common and often found in specific encounters or crafted. Examples: 9mm Automatic Pistol.
  • Unique Weapons: Often obtained through substories or crafting at Kamiyama Works. These can have special properties or very high damage. Examples: Dragon Sword, Photon Blade.

Weapons can be purchased from weapon shops (e.g., Don Quijote, secret weapon dealers), found as drops from enemies, or crafted. Always carry a few durable weapons for challenging fights. Remember that some Heat Actions require a specific type of weapon to be equipped.
