Phases & Strategy:

  1. Phase 1 (Full Health): Hisai will use quick punches and kicks. His attacks are fast, but many can be parried (L1 + X). Focus on successfully parrying his attacks to stun him, then follow up with Tanimura's unique arrest combos or Heat Actions.
  2. Phase 2 (Half Health): Hisai becomes more aggressive and may incorporate a powerful charge attack that is difficult to parry. He might also try to disarm you if you're using a weapon. Continue to rely on parries, but also use dodges (X) to avoid his unblockable attacks. Look for opportunities to use 'Essence of Arrest' Heat Actions for both damage and bonus money.

Weaknesses & Tips:

  • Weakness: Vulnerable after a successful parry.
  • Tanimura's Advantage: His parry ability is perfectly suited for this fight.
  • Recommended Heat Actions: Essence of Arrest (any variation).
  • Reward: Experience, money.

Mastering Tanimura's parry is crucial here. Practice the timing. If you struggle with parries, focus on dodging and then using quick combos when Hisai is recovering from his own attacks. use his disarm ability if Hisai picks up a weapon.
