Akiyama's story begins in his office at Sky Finance. After a brief introduction to his character and business, a mysterious woman named Lily enters, requesting a substantial loan. Your first task is to follow Lily as she leaves Sky Finance. She'll lead you through the streets of Kamurocho, eventually to a hostess club. During this sequence, you'll get a feel for Akiyama's movement and the general layout of the district.
Upon reaching the hostess club, a cutscene will trigger, introducing you to some of the local thugs. You'll then be thrust into your first combat encounter as Akiyama. This fight serves as a tutorial for his basic kicks and combos. Focus on using Square for light attacks and Triangle for heavy finishers. block with L1 and dodge with X. After defeating the thugs, another cutscene will advance the plot, setting up the next objective. Head back towards Sky Finance as instructed.
