Baba is a powerful and agile opponent Saejima faces in the prison. He uses a fast, martial arts-like style, contrasting with Saejima's heavy brawling. Baba is quick on his feet and can dodge Saejima's slower attacks, making him a challenging fight if you're not careful.

Phases & Attacks:

  • Phase 1 (100%-60% HP): Baba uses quick punches and kicks, often ending in a flurry. He'll frequently dodge Saejima's charged attacks. Focus on landing quick Square combos and then grabbing him for throws.
  • Phase 2 (60%-0% HP): Baba gains a powerful counter-attack ability. If you attack him recklessly, he will parry and punish you. He also starts using a powerful kick combo that can knock Saejima down.

Weaknesses & Strategy: Baba's agility is his strength, but also his weakness. Saejima's charged attacks can break his guard if timed correctly, but it's often safer to use quick combos to stun him, then follow up with a grab and throw. Utilize Saejima's 'Essence of Crushing' Heat Actions when your Heat Gauge is full, as these deal massive damage. If you have any weapons (like a pipe) from the prison environment, use them to your advantage. Be patient, wait for openings after his combos, and don't overcommit to attacks, especially in Phase 2. Keep your health high with Toughness Z items.
