With the orphanage secured, Kiryu must now make his way to the airport to find a way back to Kamurocho. This involves traversing several infected streets and buildings. You'll encounter more 'Mutant' zombies and potentially some 'Sprinters' (fast-moving zombies). The shotgun is effective against Sprinters if you can land a solid hit. Keep an eye out for ammo crates and healing items along the way. You'll face a few choke points where large groups of zombies will try to overwhelm you. Use your Heat Actions strategically to clear these areas. Remember to reload your shotgun during lulls in combat. The path to the airport is a test of endurance and your ability to manage a powerful, but slow-reloading, weapon.
