Platinum Trophy: Kiwami

To earn the coveted "Kiwami" Platinum Trophy (PlayStation) or 100% Achievement (Xbox/PC), you must unlock all other trophies/achievements. This is a significant undertaking, requiring mastery of all game systems. Focus on completing the story first, then tackle the extensive completion list, substories, and mini-games.

Story-Related Trophies (Unmissable)

  • Substory Fan: Complete 30 substories.
  • Substory Enthusiast: Complete 50 substories.
  • Substory Completionist: Complete all 78 substories.

Some require specific items or conditions (e.g., certain time of day, having a specific amount of money). Consult the "Substories" section of this guide for a detailed walkthrough of each. Prioritize these as you play through the story, as some can be missed if you progress too far.

  • Mini-Game Novice: Play 10 different mini-games.
  • Mini-Game Master: Achieve a certain score or completion in all mini-games.
    • Strategy: This is one of the more challenging aspects of the Platinum. You'll need to excel at various activities like:
      • Mahjong: Requires understanding complex rules. Play at the Orchid Palace Mahjong Parlor or Modern Mahjong. Aim for a "Mangan" or higher.
      • Shogi: Play at the Shogi Parlor. Use online guides for basic strategies or the "Challenge" mode to learn.
      • Pachinko: Play at the Volcano Pachinko Parlor. Focus on getting "Fever" mode.
