The Majima Everywhere system is a unique and essential mechanic in Yakuza Kiwami. Majima Goro, Kiryu's sworn rival, will ambush you randomly throughout Kamurocho. Engaging and defeating him is the primary way to restore and upgrade Kiryu's powerful Dragon of Dojima combat style. There are various types of Majima encounters, each offering different challenges and rewards.
Types of Majima Encounters
- Random Street Encounters: Majima will pop out of manholes, trash cans, or disguise himself.
- Planned Encounters: Specific locations or conditions trigger these, often leading to unique fights.
- Majima's Challenges: Sometimes he'll challenge you to mini-games or specific combat scenarios.
- Goromi: Majima's female disguise, often found in hostess clubs.
Don't avoid Majima! Every fight, win or lose, contributes to your Dragon Style progression. The more you fight him, the stronger your ultimate style becomes.
