Big Kamek makes another appearance as the boss of World 4, this time in an icy arena. The slippery floor adds a new dynamic to the battle.

Phase 1: Icy Magic & Slippery Movement
- Attack: Big Kamek will fly around, shooting magic projectiles that can create icy hazards or freeze platforms. The arena floor is slippery, making movement challenging. He'll summon smaller Kamek enemies.
- Strategy: Be mindful of your momentum on the ice. Swallow smaller Kamek enemies for yarn balls. When Big Kamek swoops down, throw a yarn ball at him.
- Avoid Ice: Try to avoid standing on newly frozen platforms if possible, as they can be difficult to move on.
Phase 2: Icy Ground Pound
- Attack: After taking damage, Big Kamek will perform ground pounds. The shockwaves will be enhanced by ice, potentially freezing Yoshi if he's hit. He'll also summon more enemies.
- Strategy: Jump over the icy shockwaves. Continue to hit him with yarn balls when he's stunned after a ground pound.
General Tips:
- Control on Ice: Practice moving and stopping on the slippery surface before engaging. Short hops can help maintain control.
- Power Badges: 'Immunity to Ice' can be very helpful if you're struggling with the freezing effects. 'Flutter Jump Longer' can also help you stay off the ground.
- Wonder Wools: Collectibles are awarded upon his defeat.
Hit Big Kamek 3 times to defeat him. The icy environment demands careful movement and precise timing.
