Yoshi's Woolly World offers a fantastic co-operative multiplayer experience for two players. When playing with a friend, both players control a Yoshi, opening up new strategies and fun interactions:

- Teamwork for Collectibles: Two Yoshis can cover more ground, making it easier to find all Wonder Wools and Smiley Flowers. One Yoshi can distract enemies while the other collects.
- Increased Firepower: With two Yoshis, you have double the yarn balls, making boss battles and enemy encounters much easier.
- Reviving: If one Yoshi falls into a pit or takes too much damage, the other Yoshi can revive them by touching their ghost. This makes levels more forgiving.
