This stage is a masterclass in precision platforming, featuring an abundance of rotating platforms, moving gears, and vertically shifting blocks. Timing and observation are paramount here, as many collectibles are cleverly tucked away or require swift action to acquire. Don't rush; take your time to observe the patterns of the moving elements.

Rotating Platforms: These circular platforms spin continuously. You'll need to time your jumps carefully to land on them and then jump off at the right moment to reach your next destination.
Moving Gears: Large, decorative gears often serve as temporary platforms or obstacles. Some may conceal hidden pathways.
Up-and-Down Platforms: These platforms move vertically, often creating temporary alcoves or revealing hidden areas at their peak or trough.
Spinning Shy Guys: These common enemies move in predictable circular patterns. A well-aimed yarn toss will dispatch them easily.

Full Walkthrough & Collectible Locations

Section 1: The Initial Spin

The level begins with a series of rotating platforms. Get used to their rhythm.

Smiley Flower 1: After the first few rotating platforms, you'll see a small, stationary ledge to your left. Jump onto this ledge, then wait for the large rotating platform ahead to align. Perform a well-timed jump to land on it, and you'll see the first Smiley Flower floating just above its center. Grab it and jump to the next safe platform.
Stamp Patches: Collect the beads scattered across the initial rotating platforms.

Section 2: Gears and Hidden Heights

This area introduces larger, decorative gears and more complex platforming.

Wonder Wool 1: As you progress past the first set of rotating platforms, you'll come to an area with several large, non-interactive gears in the background. Look closely above the second large gear from the left. There's a barely visible hidden cloud. Jump and flutter-jump to hit it, revealing the first Wonder Wool.
Smiley Flower 2: Immediately after collecting Wonder Wool 1, you'll encounter a series of platforms that move up and down. The second of these platforms, as it descends, will reveal a small alcove to its right. Drop into this alcove when the platform is at its lowest point to find the second Smiley Flower. Be quick, as the platform will rise again!
Stamp Patches: Keep an eye out for beads floating between the moving gears and platforms.

Section 3: Mid-Level Checkpoint & Circular Foes

You'll reach a checkpoint here, offering a brief respite before more challenges.

Checkpoint: You'll find a standard checkpoint flag after navigating the up-and-down platforms.
Smiley Flower 3: Just past the checkpoint, you'll encounter a few Spinning Shy Guys moving in circular patterns. Defeat them or avoid them. Before the next set of large rotating platforms, look for a small, stationary platform above you, slightly to the left. Use a flutter jump from the main path to reach this elevated platform, where the third Smiley Flower awaits.
Wonder Wool 2: After collecting Smiley Flower 3, continue across the large rotating platforms. You'll see a series of small, fast-spinning gears. Above the third small gear, there's another hidden cloud. Hit it with a yarn egg or a well-timed flutter jump to reveal the second Wonder Wool.
Stamp Patches: Defeating the Spinning Shy Guys will often yield beads.

Section 4: Vertical Challenges & Secret Passages

This section features more intricate vertical movement and a clever hidden area.

Smiley Flower 4: You'll come to an area with a tall stack of vertically moving platforms. Ride the leftmost platform all the way to its highest point. From here, you'll be able to jump to a small, isolated platform on the far left, where the fourth Smiley Flower is located.
Wonder Wool 3: After the vertical platforms, you'll see a large rotating platform with a gap in its center. Instead of jumping across, ride this platform clockwise. As it rotates, it will momentarily align with a hidden passage in the background wall on the right. Quickly jump into this passage to find the third Wonder Wool.
Stamp Patches: Look for beads tucked into the corners of the vertical platform section.

Section 5: The Final Stretch & Hidden Treasures

The end of the level is in sight, but don't let your guard down – the final collectibles are well-hidden.

Smiley Flower 5: Near the very end of the level, just before the goal post, you'll see a series of small, fast-moving platforms. Above the second-to-last platform, there's a hidden cloud. Hit it to reveal a vine. Climb the vine to a secret elevated area where the fifth and final Smiley Flower is waiting.
Wonder Wool 4: After collecting Smiley Flower 5 from the secret area, drop back down to the main path. Continue towards the goal. Just before the final set of rotating platforms leading to the goal, look above the last large rotating platform. There's a hidden cloud directly above it. Hit it to reveal the fourth Wonder Wool.
Wonder Wool 5: This is perhaps the trickiest. After Wonder Wool 4, you'll see the final goal post. Instead of immediately jumping to it, look to the right of the goal post. There's a small, almost invisible opening in the wall. You need to perform a precise flutter jump from the platform just before the goal, aiming for this hidden passage. Inside, you'll find the fifth and final Wonder Wool.
Stamp Patches: The final rotating platforms often have beads circling them.
