World 4-1: Monkeying Round and Round

Welcome to World 4-1, "Monkeying Round and Round"! This level introduces the mischievous Monkey enemies and a lot of rotating platforms. Keep your eyes peeled for hidden paths and don't be afraid to explore!

Checkpoint 1 to Checkpoint 2

1. Starting Area: Immediately to your left, you'll spot a hidden cloud. Jump and flutter to reveal it, netting you 5 Beads.

2. First Rotating Platform: Proceed right. You'll encounter your first rotating platform. Wait for it to align, then jump across. Be careful of the Monkey swinging above; it will try to drop nuts on you. You can eat the nuts or the Monkey itself to get a yarn ball.

3. Hidden Cloud & Flower #1: After the first rotating platform, look for a small gap in the ceiling. Flutter jump up to find a hidden cloud containing Flower #1.

4. Monkey Alley: You'll enter an area with several Monkeys swinging. Use your yarn balls to defeat them or simply avoid their attacks. Collect the beads they drop.

5. Winged Cloud & Stamp Patch #1: Just before the next set of rotating platforms, you'll see a winged cloud. Hit it with a yarn ball to reveal Stamp Patch #1.

6. Second Set of Rotating Platforms: Navigate these carefully. Some platforms will have Shy Guys on them. Use your tongue to eat them or turn them into yarn balls.

7. Hidden Wall & Flower #2: After the second set of rotating platforms, look for a suspicious-looking wall on the right. Ground pound near it or throw a yarn ball to reveal a hidden alcove containing Flower #2.

8. Checkpoint: You'll soon reach the first checkpoint. Ground pound it to save your progress.

Checkpoint 2 to Checkpoint 3

1. Rotating Gears: This section features large rotating gears. You'll need to time your jumps carefully to avoid falling into the gaps. Some gears have beads embedded in them; grab them as they rotate into reach.

2. Monkey on a String: A Monkey will be swinging back and forth on a string above a gap. Wait for it to swing away, then quickly cross. Alternatively, you can eat the Monkey for a yarn ball.

3. Flower #3: After the rotating gears, you'll see a platform with a single Monkey. Defeat it and then look above. Flutter jump to reach a hidden platform with Flower #3.

4. Piranha Plant Pit: You'll encounter a pit with Piranha Plants. Use yarn balls to defeat them from a distance, or carefully jump over them. There are some beads hidden in the plants themselves if you're feeling brave.

5. Hidden Cloud & Stamp Patch #2: After the Piranha Plant pit, look for a small, seemingly empty space above. Flutter jump to reveal a hidden cloud containing Stamp Patch #2.

6. Checkpoint: Continue right to reach the second checkpoint.

Checkpoint 3 to Goal

1. Vertical Ascent with Monkeys: This final section involves a vertical climb using a series of rotating platforms and vines. Monkeys will be abundant here, trying to knock you off. Prioritize dodging or quickly defeating them.

2. Flower #4: As you ascend, keep an eye out for a rotating platform that leads to a small alcove on the left. Inside, you'll find Flower #4.

3. Hidden Cloud & Stamp Patch #3: Near the top of the vertical ascent, just before the final stretch, look for a hidden cloud floating above a rotating platform. Hit it to reveal Stamp Patch #3.

4. Final Rotating Platforms: The last few platforms will be rotating quickly. Time your jumps precisely to avoid falling.

5. Flower #5: The final flower is often cleverly hidden. After the last set of fast-rotating platforms, look for a small, almost invisible path leading upwards or to the side, usually requiring a well-timed flutter jump. It's often tucked away in a corner before the goal ring. In this level, it's located on a small, stationary platform just above the path to the goal ring. You'll need to flutter jump from the last rotating platform to reach it.

6. Goal Ring: Congratulations! Jump through the goal ring to complete "Monkeying Round and Round." collect any remaining beads on your way!
