Mini-Boss Encounter: Kamek's Ice Mage: At the end of the icy section, you'll face a Kamek variant who summons icy enemies and shoots ice projectiles.
- Strategy: Kamek will float around, occasionally teleporting. He'll summon Ice Shy Guys and throw ice magic. Dodge his attacks and wait for him to materialize. When he does, hit him with three eggs. After each hit, he'll become enraged and summon more enemies or faster projectiles. Repeat three times to defeat him.

Section 3: The Windy Towers

Defeat Kamek and proceed through the next door into a series of windy towers. Powerful gusts will try to push Yoshi off platforms. Use the wind to your advantage for longer jumps, but be wary of being blown into hazards.

Stamp Patch #7: As you enter the first windy tower, this Stamp Patch is floating directly above the initial platform.
Wonder Wool #2: As you ascend the first windy tower, you'll see the Wonder Wool on a high platform to your right, seemingly out of reach. Wait for a strong gust of wind to propel you across the gap, or use a well-aimed egg to reveal a hidden cloud that creates a temporary platform.
Stamp Patch #8: After collecting Wonder Wool #2, continue upwards. This Stamp Patch is floating near the top of the first tower, just before the exit.
Smiley Flower #3: After the first windy tower, you'll cross a bridge with several flying enemies. Look for a small, seemingly empty alcove on the underside of the bridge. Drop down carefully, and you'll find a hidden cloud that, when hit, reveals the third Smiley Flower.

The challenge is to turn away, lure him close, then quickly turn and throw an egg before he freezes. Repeatedly do this, using the platforms to create space.

After defeating Big Boo, you'll enter a long corridor filled with several enemies from previous worlds: Shy Guys, Nipper Plants, and even a few Lakitus. This section tests your combat and egg-throwing skills.

However, you'll need to hit him five times this time. use the entire arena to avoid his relentless assault.
Smiley Flower #5: After defeating Giant Kamek, the path to the final boss door will open. Before entering, look directly above the boss door itself. There's a hidden cloud that, when hit, will drop the final Smiley Flower.
Stamp Patch #19: This Stamp Patch is floating directly below the hidden cloud that contains Smiley Flower #5, making it easy to collect both.
Wonder Wool #5: This is perhaps the trickiest. After collecting Smiley Flower #5, do NOT enter the boss door yet. Instead, turn around and head back towards where you fought Giant Kamek.
