Consumable items provide temporary benefits or restore Link's resources. Potions (Red and Blue) are found in dungeons or dropped by enemies. Red Potions restore a significant amount of health, while Blue Potions restore a significant amount of magic. 1-Up Dolls grant Link an extra life, which is invaluable given the game's difficulty. These are often found in hidden rooms or as rare enemy drops. P-Bags (Point Bags) grant experience points and come in various denominations (50, 100, 200, 500 EXP). These are found throughout dungeons and as enemy drops. Small Keys are used to open locked doors within palaces, though the Magic Key eventually makes them obsolete. Managing your consumable inventory, especially potions and 1-Up Dolls, is critical for surviving challenging sections and boss fights. Always try to keep a few potions on hand for emergencies.
