2. Use the Hammer to clear the boulders blocking the path to the east of the Great Palace.
3. Navigate the maze-like forest until you find the hidden entrance to Old Kasuto.
4. Once in Old Kasuto, locate the Wise Man in the northernmost house. Speak with him, and he will bestow upon you the Thunder Spell.
