Darunia is located in the western part of Hyrule, often requiring you to travel through a cave system after using the Hammer. Once in Darunia, explore the houses until you find the sword master. He will teach you the technique, which is performed by pressing 'Down' and 'A' simultaneously while in mid-air. This move is incredibly useful against enemies like Iron Knuckles, who often block horizontal attacks with their shields.
